Truly exceptional! Well, where to start.. Mark was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding, right from the first call, he made me feel so at ease. As someone who does not typically enjoy being the centre of attention, I was a little nervous about the ceremony and having to speak in front of nearly 90 people! Mark completely took away this anxiety, through his detailed planning, reassuring support and compassionate approach. Each call we had with Mark left us feeling more and more excited about our day, the script he wrote was absolutely beautiful and the way it was delivered on our wedding day left everyone feeling very emotional! Mark recently officiated my husband and I's wedding in Bordeaux. He was simply wonderful. Mark was absolutely sensational at our recent wedding at Chateau Fengari and made the whole day more special.
From the moment we first met online, Mark made us feel at ease. He answered any questions we had without us feeling stupid and the whole thing felt really personable. He made a huge effort to get to know us as people and it all felt so genuine - it’s clear that Mark cares deeply about his work. He sent us a questionnaire which allowed us to think carefully about our answers and the things we’d have in our ceremony, rather than being put on the spot. He also liaised with someone who wrote a poem for us about things to include and gave them some tips in his own time.
On the day of the wedding, Mark arrived and couldn’t have done more to help us and again to take the pressure off. From speaking to the coordinator about timings, to meeting the bride, groom, bridesmaids and groomsmen, to the person sorting the music, Mark had it all under control. He also sorted us a table and chairs for us during the ceremony which we’d forgotten about!
The ceremony itself was literally perfect. We went into the day without having seen the full script as Mark wanted it to be special - though he did give us the option to see it. He couldn’t have got the balance more right if he tried. The perfect blend of humour, seriousness and love. It was so personal that many of our guests assumed we’d known Mark for years and had brought him with us to the wedding.
I honestly would recommend Mark to anyone getting married in France (or anywhere else for that matter). You could not wish to meet a more down to earth and genuine bloke if you tried.

Mark is an absolutely fantastic celebrant, we couldn't recommend him highly enough! We chose him to officiate our wedding after getting on really well in an initial meeting and warming to his kind and charismatic personality.
He created the most beautiful ceremony, completely tailored to what we wanted, and brilliantly organised. He brought both humour and gravitas to the ceremony and made the whole congregation feel very at ease - everyone was captivated by his every word. In the lead-up to the big day he was very helpful in providing lots of advice regarding each aspect of the ceremony as well as our personal vows.

Mark was amazing!
We contacted him pretty last minute but he was so easy going and we knew from our first meeting with him that he would be perfect for our wedding ceremony. He did wonderful getting to know us in such a short time and the ceremony was perfect.

Having Mark Rind as our celebrant on our wedding day was a true honour. The whole experience from our very first phone call with Mark was totally bespoke, welcoming and safe. We shared our love story over the following months and the ceremony script Mark presented us with was flawless. He captured our story so beautifully & it was so unique unlike any other ceremony I had heard before. Mark was so lovely on our wedding day visiting us both individually to make us feel comfortable and relive any nerves. Our ceremony was PERFECT and we had soooo many comments from guests on how special and unique it was plus how fantastic Mark is. A true professional & story teller, with a heart of gold. Wow…I really have no idea where to start in thanking Mark. He was brilliant, calming and an absolutely joy to be around. On the day but also the build up to the wedding. We were both so nervous on the morning but we both have said having mark there there made us feel so much at ease, especially for me in the morning when he came in to see me. Ah where do I start with how amazing Mark is!? From the offset he was so professional and very detail orientated, which is perfect for an occasion so personal and special. Mark never skipped a beat with the detail, he made it his priority to gather as much information about my husband and I. Mark made us feel so comfortable and at ease, he was always there to answer any questions we had, he always had a plan b up his sleeve just in case anything went wrong (such as rain on the wedding day, my husband crying too much to read his vows etc.) his communication was flawless.
Mark played such a huge and important part on our wedding day, he made sure guests were where they were supposed to be, my husband was where he was supposed to be at the right time along with all the groomsman and he even had time to pop up and check I was doing ok on the wedding morning and put any nerves at bay. Mark puts you at complete ease and is truly there to support you. Both myself and my husband were nervous, but having Mark there comforted us. The ceremony conducted by Mark was absolute perfection, all of our guests commented on how great he was. There was not a dry eye in the room during the ceremony even from laughing so much or crying with emotion. Mark made the ceremony simply magical and we can't thank him enough.

What can we say!!
